Anne L. Cooper

Ms. Cooper received her Juris Doctorate from Duquesne University School of Law in 1983. Upon graduation, she clerked for the Honorable Ronald L. Buckwalter, Court of Common Pleas of Lancaster County. She is admitted to practice law in the Supreme Court of Pennsylvania, the United States District Courts for the the Eastern and Middle Districts of Pennsylvania and the United States Court of Appeals for the 3rd Circuit.

Ms. Cooper has a wide range of experience. She was one of the solicitors for the Lancaster County Children and Youth Social Service Agency for 24 years. She also served as a part-time Assistant District Attorney for 8 years. Both positions involved regular appearances in our local courts.
